The Kölsch Beer Kit is the recipe for the flagship beer of Cologne, Germany. Kölsch is a crisp, clean, easy-drinking ale with a straw-yellow hue. It is similar to a pilsner but is less hoppy, a bit sweeter and uses pale malts and a small amount of wheat to create its signature flavor.
