Ariana (GR) Hop Pellets
From the Hop Research Center in Hüll, Germany, Ariana was developed from a cross breeding of Herkules and an unspecified wild male hop. High alpha acid content for bittering, but works very well for aroma additions. Notes of sweet fruit, citrus, and berries.

Usage: Aroma. Although high enough in alpha acids to handle bittering duty, Ariana’s oil content and organoleptic profile make it a great finishing hop.
